It’s a personalised, 1:1 mentoring program designed to help small business owners and not-for-profits get clear, confident, and consistent on social media, without the overwhelm.
It’s perfect for business owners or not-for-profit managers who are doing their own socials but need support to improve strategy, consistency, and results. If you're feeling stuck, unsure what to post, or second-guessing your messaging, this is for you.
The program includes 6 x 45-minute mentoring sessions, delivered via Zoom. These are spread out over weekly/fortnightly sessions to give you time to implement between calls. You choose between weekly/fortnightly
Each session is tailored, but we often work through:

• Clarifying your brand voice and message
• Content planning and batching
• Reels and video creation
• Analytics and post-performance
• Audience growth strategies
• Confidence on camera and showing up consistently
As it's individual mentoring, if you want to cover ads for example, we can do this.
This is completely 1:1, so everything is customised to your business and learning style. You won’t be lost in a group or working through a cookie-cutter course.
You’ll have 24/7 access to Laura via Marco Polo, a video chat app where you can ask questions, get feedback, and share wins between sessions. It’s like having your mentor in your back pocket.
Yes! You’re encouraged to share posts, videos, scripts, ideas, whatever you're working on, for real, honest feedback to help you improve and feel confident about hitting ‘publish.’
Yes, alongside your sessions, you’ll receive evergreen resources to support your learning, help you build solid foundations, and keep your content flowing even after the mentoring wraps up.
